Ingredients

• Baja white sauce.
• Baja beer battered fish.
• 2 cups shredded cabbage, chopped fine
• 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped fine
• Lime for squeezing
• 8 Corn tortillas
• 1/2 cup Canola oil

Instructions

• Steam a tortilla
• Spread white sauce all over it
• Add some fish
• Add cabbage, cilantro, and a squeeze of lime
• Repeat

Makes 8 tacos
